David has a wide range of experience in the prosecution of patents directed to mechanical, electro-mechanical and electrical inventions. David’s work also involves assisting clients in the selection of trademarks, securing trademark registrations and trademark enforcement. His practice includes counseling clients regarding technology and trademark licensing and providing opinions regarding patent validity and patent and trademark infringement issues. David also provides clients assistance regarding their copyright concerns. He joined the firm in 1965.
